Magazine Restriction Policy
Certain U.S. jurisdictions restrict the sale and transfer of firearm magazines and other firearm accessories. Military and law enforcement are typically exempt from these restrictions. Texas Precision Laser LLC does not process sales or shipments prohibited by law. The party receiving these items must immediately return the items for a full refund if the intended sale or transfer is prohibited by law. Any intermediary party distributing or selling Magpul products to an end-user is exclusively responsible for verifying that the sale/transfer is not prohibited by law.
There are certain exemptions to each of these magazine capacity restrictions that allow active law enforcement, military personnel and other specifically authorized persons to purchase restricted magazines. No state has an allowance for warranty replacement of restricted magazines to be shipped to consumers.
